This is known as the LSC 4.0 = Lifestyle Coaching 4.0 The reason for the 4.0 is that it takes into consideration the 4 pillars or modules of the holistic health paradigm (Home place, Workplace, Personal Health, Mind and Mental State).
This program will be tailored to provide questionnaires for each module which then will lead to a game plan: recommendations, resources, and practical action steps to follow through with the issues being addressed. There will be individual FB groups as well as support for individual module i.e. people support in the Workplace module.

There is a standard template designed to guide people through eating and living in accordance to they season, which also looks at supplements for organ systems for the season, activities for the season, mental state awareness for the season.
* Winter – foods i.e. winter squash, stews, soups. Mental state of; introspective, reflective, assessing ones’ life and what isn’t working or not working as well as they’d like.
* Spring – time to consider detoxes, cleanses, weight loss, foods that support this season. Mental state of; thin down mind, start looking to out doors more, newness of the year, newness of mindset, “Spring cleaning” which could include home closets, projects not done…
* Summer – fun, getting outdoors more, opposite of SAD = seasonal affective disorder, or “standard American diet”, travel, camping, water sports. Mental state of; light, increase light and hours of the day for activity, gardening of plants and ideas of the mind.
* Fall – foods that naturally support and build the immune system. Begin the getting back to school schedules, starting to slow down the activities of the summer. Break out the winter clothes. Mental state of; the goes within, the reflecting of Spring and summer, a time to do some personal growth and development introspection. This is like the bear time of what we call hibernation, their not sleeping, their in a long meditation!!!
The 4-SC can be done individually as in which ever season someone needs or is drawn to, or they can do a package deal. A 3 week program which includes: Pre-cleanse phase, Cleanse phase, Post-cleanse phase
It’s a way of getting people to eat according to the season. This cleanse program is based on what's called the circadian rhythms of our body and the seasons of the year. We need to have a better functioning immune system in the fall and winter. During the spring and summer our bodies want to drop some weight, lighten up and detox. I recommend different detoxes and cleanses, depending on the time of year. Fasting in the middle of the winter is not ideal. These ideas are based on philosophies, traditional Chinese medicine from 4,000 years ago. Ayurvedic medicine from 5,000 years ago. Natural Hygienics from a thousand years ago.
Most people eat the same 40 to 60 foods all year long. Hamburgers, French fries, bread, pancakes, cereal. The same 40 to 60 over and over again. What my cleanse does is it helps people to understand that there's a reason for winter squash and there's a reason for summer squash. I help them align with the foods best associated with the time of the year to support their overall health.
Let’s take fruit as an example. Peaches taste great in July but taste horrible in January. Insulin levels can be better regulated in the summer rather than having all that sugar in the middle of winter. That's one of the reasons so many people get the flu in December and January because of all the holiday eating and all the sugar they consume.
