- • Text number offered for access to coach if needed
- • Accountability metrics for success, pdfs and texts as needed or deemed helpful.
- • Possible match up with Coaching partner for ongoing support. Availability as needed.
- • Food and health guidance tips and quick and simple recipes/meal planning ideas will be provided.
- • Health assessment questionnaire with interpretation. This is not a treatment plan but more of a counseling guidance health picture assessment.
