Holistic Lifestyle Coaching
What sets this coaching style apart from most others is over 30 years in the holistic health and wellness industry. As Naturopathic doctor with a past history as a massage therapist, personal trainer and vegetarian cooking instructor, I bring all this to the table, to better serve my clients.
Based on what is needed, this coaching style is a partnership, with You-the client, being the one drive the program with actionable steps to accomplish your goals.
The 4 pillars of Holistic Life Coaching:
- Personal = with your growth and development being the most important. There will be measurable metrics of completion to see.
- Homelife/Relations = this area of life will be explored as to making sure to encompass the richest, most rewarding and fulfilling life possible.
- Professional = looking at the career you’re in and whether it’s the best one for you, the client. Or we’ll look at what else might be possible for you in your life.
- Health and Wellbeing = the focus with this pillar is to make sure you have the best possible health so that accomplishing all the other pillars will be easier.
*A quote from comedian George Burns –
“If I knew I was going to live this long, I would have taken better care of myself”
